Privacy policy

This policy explains how Nucleon Automation Inc. handles information through this website and customer workspace. Contact our privacy contact at support@nucleonautomation.com for access, corrections, deletion requests or concerns.

Information we collect

Accounts contain your name, email, password hash, verification status and optional contact/address details. Company workspaces hold membership and approval records. License requests contain product and hardware identifiers from your request file, machine names, requested features, issued license files and terms acceptance history. We retain quotations, purchase order numbers and uploaded PO PDFs, invoices, discounts, tax and external payment references; this website does not collect card details.

Contact forms and tickets contain the messages you provide. If ticket attachments are enabled, uploaded files are stored with the conversation. Purchase order PDFs are held in private file storage, linked to their quotation and invoice, and may be compressed without changing the original downloaded document. Avoid sending passwords, private keys, or unnecessary personal or production data. Security processing includes session identifiers, request rate-limit identifiers, audit events and hosting access logs.

How information is used

We use these records to authenticate users, manage company access, issue hardware-bound licenses, process billing, deliver requested assistance, communicate account and request updates, investigate abuse and maintain transaction records. License request values are stored in the database; the original uploaded request file is not kept separately. Necessary request data is passed to our private signing service to produce your license.

Who can access it

Authorized Nucleon staff have role-based access. Company members can see shared licensing and support information according to their role; company administrators manage membership. Hosting, email and backup providers process information needed to operate these services. Information may be processed outside your jurisdiction depending on the selected provider. We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising profiles.

Cookies and external services

Essential sessions keep you signed in. Theme and consent preferences are stored locally. YouTube embeds and thumbnails load only after you allow external media. GitHub downloads and other external links operate under their providers’ policies. See cookie information and preferences.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and support information while needed to provide the service and resolve requests. Hardware binding and license history support ongoing license validation and renewals. Financial and acceptance records are retained where required for accounting, contractual or legal obligations. Retention and deletion requests are reviewed by an administrator; closing a ticket does not automatically erase it.

Account suspension or machine archival does not delete historical invoices, issued licenses or audit records. Backups can retain earlier copies until their retention cycle ends. Contact us to request a review of information that is no longer needed; deletion is handled by an administrator, rather than an automatic account button.

Your choices

You can edit your profile and request corrections or access to your personal information. Workspace owners can export their authorized workspace records. Contact us if you need help accessing, correcting or deleting information, or withdrawing optional consent. We may need to verify identity and protect other people’s information. Necessary licensing or billing records may need to be retained.
